Freedom of Information Policy

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is committed to transparency in all its operations.  From the beginning, it has maintained its own Freedom of Information Policy that is separate and distinct from the federal, Virginia, and District of Columbia Freedom of Information Acts.

When requesting records, please identify them as clearly as possible, include the preferred format requested for responses and provide a telephone number and/or an e-mail address for clarifying communications.
