Kim Clark Pakstys Kim Clark Pakstys is a managing director in CohnReznick’s Global Consulting practice specializing in business and finance transformation. She leads the firm’s National Finance Transformation practice.

Prior to joining CohnReznick LLP, she founded, developed, and exited a strategic advisory firm serving VC&PE-backed firms, the Fortune 100, federal agencies, universities, and federally funded research institutes. Ms. Clark Pakstys held executive leadership roles at BDO, HCL Technologies, WANG Global, Getronics, PwC, and PRC, Inc. In these roles, she formulated and executed growth strategies and built scalable businesses providing transformation, restructure, and integration services. At Wang/Getronics, she led the creation of the government services sector, turnaround activities, strategic partnerships, and mergers and integrations. At PwC, she managed worldwide project teams, contributed to the creation of the Center for Performance Improvement, and led operations excellence, strategy, ERP, and M&A engagements. Ms. Clark Pakstys held other executive and advisory positions in industry and government sectors. Her experience includes information technology, utilities, aerospace and defense, industrials, consumer products, nonprofits, and universities. She advised government executives on organization and operational strategies at HHS, NIH, FDA, IRS, DOD, DOJ, FBI, CSOSA, DHS and SLED agencies. Ms. Clark Pakstys is an active nonprofit and advisory board member and community leader and currently chairs the board of Easterseals DC|MD|VA. 

Ms. Clark Pakstys holds a master’s degree from the School of Business at Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Fisher School at The Ohio State University. She is an appointee of the Governor of Virginia.
