The Airports Authority and its operations are governed, in part, by policies, directives and Regulations that provide guidance and procedures on issues related to operating Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport. The Authority’s Board of Directors has established certain policies to address issues of importance to the administration of the Authority, to give direction to the President and Chief Executive Officer in the oversight of the Authority, and to ensure consistency in the operation of the Authority, its Airports, the Dulles Corridor, and the Dulles Toll Road and Dulles Metrorail Extension.
