The Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) Committee’s mission is to support the Airports Authority’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, health and safety, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and sustainability as relevant to the Airports Authority.

 

The ESG Committee implements the Airports Authority’s commitment to ESG components by:

  • Overseeing the integration of ESG policies into the Airports Authority’s business operations and overall strategy;
  • Developing a strategy for ESG matters, including identifying, and monitoring ESG performance that could affect the Airports Authority’s revenue, reputation, and performance.  Relevant ESG matters include but are not limited to the Airports Authority’s Sustainable Performance, Fuel & Building Efficiency, Water & Waste, People, Diversity, Community, Public Safety, Ethics & Compliance, Economic Performance, and Governance;
  • Assisting in the development of communications with employees, community leaders, and stakeholders with respect to ESG affairs; and
  • Monitoring developments that improve the Airports Authority’s understanding of ESG affairs.
