All Transportation Network Companies authorized to operate as such by the Commonwealth of Virginia must be issued a permit to operate at Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport separately.

A Limousine operator providing Limousine Pick-Up or Drop-Off trips must be authorized to provide Limousine Service on the Airports.
