For several months, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has been working to address concerns raised by the Department of Transportation Inspector General and others regarding policies, practices and governance issues affecting public confidence. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has announced its program to repair and replace existing sound walls along the Dulles Toll Road and to build new walls where necessary in accordance with federal noise standards.

David Mould was confirmed today by the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority as the Vice President for Communications.

The Dulles Corridor Advisory Committee (DCAC) will meet on Thursday, March 29, at 10:30 a.m. at the Fairfax County Government Center, Conference Rooms 9 & 10, located at 12000 Government Center Parkway in Fairfax, VA  22035. This meeting is open to the public.

Todd A. Stottlemyer has been appointed to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors by Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.

Mr. Stottlemyer currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Acentia. Acentia is a private equity backed (SnowPhipps) management and information technology company providing lifecycle IT services and solutions to federal agencies, state and local governments, and commercial customers.
