The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), in collaboration with Howard University's District of Columbia Small Business Development Lead Center, is launching the 2025 Small Business University Executive Certificate Program. This initiative is specifically tailored to support Small Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SLDBE) in achieving high growth and increasing their capacity to qualify for prime contracts.
Program Details:
Location: Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority
Two Potomac Yard, 2733 Crystal Dr, Arlington, VA 22202
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM every Thursday
Duration: January 23, 2025 – April 17, 2025
Course Topics:
These comprehensive topics are aimed at equipping participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their business operations, effectively market to government agencies, manage finances for growth, and successfully write proposals.
Criteria:
The program is free of charge and will be delivered over thirteen (13) weeks. Participants will commit to 6-hour classroom sessions one day a week. Acceptance and graduation require 100% attendance in the program and a signed agreement to adhere with program guidelines.
