Summary: - The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment and supervision to modify the Dedicated Fire System at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to accommodate surge transients/operating characteristics. The project consists of construction of a masonry building addition and installation of a surge tank, interconnected piping, supports, structural modifications, electrical and control panel relocations for the dedicated fire system at the airport's South Dedicated Fire Pump Station. Replacement of a check valve with a pipe spool piece at the airport's North Pump Station is also included in the project.
