Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide for construction, alteration, repair and replacement of Airports Authority landside and airside pavement projects including but not limited to the Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH), Dulles Toll Road (DTR), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Multiple Task Order contracts will be awarded with a total contract term shall not exceed five years or $50,000,000, whichever comes first.

Requirement:

This solicitation has a 35% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
