Extension of Lease Term for the Marriott Hotel, IAD
Description: The Airports Authority is evaluating future hotel options but requires an on-airport hotel to serve the travelling public. The Lease extension will maintain an on-airport hotel at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) until a new hotel is constructed.

Description: The Airports Authority requires the services of a Contractor to operate, maintain and rehabilitate the AeroTrain System at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Crystal Mover Services, Inc. is a joint venture of Sumitomo Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, who are the original designers and builders of this system which includes proprietary design elements and components.

Description: The Airports Authority requires a contractor that provides Fairbanks rotating assemblies for delivery to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, DCA warehouse. AMES Inc. is the sole provider and assigned distributor of the Fairbanks rotating assembly for the commercial market for Maryland, Viginia, and West Virgina.

REQ-23-29260: Online Booking Platform, DCA & IAD
Description: The Airports Authority requires an Online Booking Platform for Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). AeroParker, a trading name of KMP Associates Ltd., has been providing the online booking platform for both DCA and IAD since 2021 as a subcontractor to HUB Parking Technology (HUB), contractor for the Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS).
