Summary: - The Contractor shall furnish all necessary design, labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment and supervision to remediate excessive infiltration and inflow discharging into the south area sanitary sewer system by replacing fifteen manholes with new watertight, bolt down frames and covers at Washington Dulles International Airport.
