Summary: - The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace the existing indoor 13.2kV metal enclosed switchgear, transformer and 480/277V switchgear with new outdoor pad mounted 13.2kV switchgear, outdoor pad mounted transformer and indoor 480/277V switchgear at Substation A2A at Washington Dulles International Airport, Concourse C.
