Summary:

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, staff, labor, services, resources, facilities, plant, transportation, materials, equipment, construction, contracting and other items to perform and complete the Construction Manager at Risk services and requirements for the long-term redevelopment of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Terminal B/C.

LDBE
Requirement:

This solicitation has a 25% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 15% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
