Summary:

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, travel, equipment and supervision to provide comprehensive staffing and scheduling analysis/reporting services and application tools for the Airports Authority's Office of Public Safety to establish a baseline operational model and to estimate future staffing needs.
