- Objective:
- The Airports Authority seeks information from the industry to help develop the best strategy to procure medical claims audit services for its group medical, dental, and prescription drug insurance benefits contracts. The audits will serve to detect billing errors and discrepancies, and ineligible medical charges. In addition, the audits should compare claims against industry standards for accuracy, timeliness and quality of operation and service. The audit findings should include recommendations for improvements and identify performance issues for future contracts. There is also a potential need for claims audit services in support of implementation validation of new medical contracts, as well as audits of the new contracts once benefit services begin.
