The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) has established Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) participation goals as follows for federal fiscal years 2021-2023:

  • Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (Car Rental): 4.28%
  • Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (Non-Car Rental): 33.96%
  • Washington Dulles International Airport (Car Rental): 4.28%
  • Washington Dulles International Airport (Non-Car Rental): 31.44%

The above percentages apply to airport concession contracts, and were established in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23. The ACDBE goal calculation methodology is available below.
