Project Summary:: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to manage, operate, and provide airport guest information assistance services to all customers at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports, to including telephone and electronic inquiries. The Contractor’s personnel shall be knowledgeable of the respective airport and surrounding vicinity and deliver services with pleasant, sympathetic and cooperative attitudes.
