Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide ground transportation mystery shopper services at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports to monitor for compliance with contractual service standards and provide the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority with written observations, reports, and an electronic reporting system.
