Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide systems engineering, design and development, integration and implementation, operations and maintenance support for the Airport Authority’s business applications that include, but are not limited to, parking access and revenue control systems, Dulles Toll Road revenue collection systems, airport audio and visual messaging systems, and Public Safety systems such as computer aided dispatch, alarm monitoring, and records management.

This solicitation has a 30% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
