Description: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking Proposals from all interested and qualified Offerors desiring to market, lease, and manage the food service and retail concessions at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports. It is the goal of the Authority to select the Offeror(s) that will provide the best marketing and leasing strategies and ongoing management of a balanced mix of food service and retail concessions to serve the passengers at the Airports during the term of the Contract(s) to be awarded. It is the Authority’s intention to award two contracts (one for National and one for Dulles), but it reserves the right to select one Offeror to manage the food service and retail programs at both Airports.
