Description: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking proposals from all interested and qualified Offerors desiring to install, operate and manage a first class luggage cart rental service for domestic passengers and a free cart service to the Authority’s passengers in the United Airlines Federal Inspection Services (FIS) Facility and the International Arrivals Building (IAB) at Washington Dulles International Airport. The selected Offeror will be partially reimbursed for its labor and equipment services in the FIS and IAB.
