| The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to publish, market and distribute the "Washington Flyer Magazine", which is a bi-monthly magazine distributed to the traveling public at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
